171. Ranting with someone about an old teacher
When I was younger I used to love maths one of the reasons being I was quite good at it, another being I had a brilliant teacher, a really brilliant teacher. That all changed when I was about 14 and started GCSE's we got a different teacher. I would relay to you the reasons why she put me off but this is a happy blog so I'll move on. The other day someone who was also in my maths class brought her up and we both started sharing our side and it was beautiful. There is something special when you connect with someone over something like that, we both thought we would end up doing maths until we got her as a teacher. Knowing there is someone who feels the same about something is always lovely, being able to rant with them, almost better. Really made my day.
