88. Watching children fail to grasp the concept of keep the ball on the parachute
As previously mentioned I help out at Rainbows an yesterday we had another Rainbow group join us for our session. I was decided we were going to play parachute games (if you are ignorant of this phenomena just imagine this http://www.funfit.us/images/parachute%20party.JPG but smaller and surrounded by little girls). Now the object of one of the games was to keep the ball on the parachute which requires everyone to concentrate and not give in to the urge to just shake it and make the ball fly off, considering these children age from aproximately 5-7 this was a little overambitions and I think there record was 10 seconds and they actually managed to get it over the wall on a particularly ambitious shake. The brilliant thing about it is that watching it made me think of when I used to play it and just get the urge to shake it to spice things up. It made me smile.
