41. Making chocolate cake

There is just something about making chocolate cake that I love, especially 'Brooklyn Blackout Cake', it could be because eating the mixture as you go along is wonderful or it may be the thought of the finished product (which was heavenly). The was one panic moment where I thought I had ruined the whole thing (well the chocolate custard topping) but it all turned out in the end... maybe thats why it was so nice. Anyway making chocolate cake really cheered me up
